Awesome introductory book for understanding research articles!

I don't know why this book doesn't have more reviews--it is one of the best books I have studied that explains concepts relating to research. Unlike many other books that claim to be "introductions to evidence-based practice", this is written in very clear and easy to understand language and the author uses good examples to illustrate his points. You can tell the author really understands his subject matter from the way he teaches it in the book. I feel that every student in a graduate medical program who is learning how to read medical research articles for the first time should study this book.
Note: This is not a comprehensive guide to research and research statistics, but it is a good adjunct to a thicker textbook.

Excellent and easy to read

During my undergraduate years i did this subject three times, all three with great difficulty and boredom due to the subject matters own language.
I recently begun this subject again as part of my masters degree, and this is the first text that i have encountered for this subject that makes the subject understandable, interesting and retentive.
excellent book and one that i will keep with me for future reference.
